Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

Nysonian is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to lead organic social for its two consumer brands, NOBL and Flo Pilates. The role is hands‑on, covering idea generation, video production, copywriting, calendar management, and on‑camera appearances.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic social strategy for Instagram, TikTok and other key channels.
• Conceptualise, shoot and edit short‑form video content (Reels, TikTok).
• Write compelling captions and manage the posting calendar.
• Act as on‑camera brand personality when required.
• Engage with the community, respond to comments and maintain consistent brand voices.
• Leverage trends, cultural moments and performance data to grow reach, engagement and followers.
• Report on organic performance and translate insights into future content plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience running organic social for a consumer or DTC brand with measurable growth.
• Strong portfolio showcasing reach, engagement or follower gains.
• Comfortable appearing on camera as a brand voice.
• Data‑driven mindset, able to interpret metrics and adjust strategy.
