Social Media Executive / Community Engager

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Executive / Community Engager to be the voice of The Plot Pictures across digital channels. Based in Dubai, you will craft compelling content, nurture our audience and support the launch of our films and series.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create end‑to‑end posts including copywriting, visual shooting/curation, video editing and scheduling.
• Monitor and respond to followers in Arabic and English, building relationships with influencers and film‑related communities.
• Collaborate with internal teams on film/series launches, PR events and creative campaigns, coordinating with partners and fan groups.
• Track performance metrics, produce monthly reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends, algorithm changes and audience preferences.
• Contribute fresh ideas for content, campaigns and brand engagement.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation or community engagement, preferably within entertainment or media.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent written communication with the ability to craft concise, impactful copy.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with social media scheduling tools, analytics platforms and content creation applications.
