Social Media Manager – EMEA (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our EMEA team in Dubai and drive the social strategy for SharkNinja across the Middle East. You will shape brand storytelling, grow audience engagement, and ensure our content resonates with local cultures while aligning with global brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute a social content calendar that brings product and brand messages to life.
• Manage daily publishing, posting, and community interaction across all platforms.
• Drive follower growth and traffic by delivering a cohesive social media strategy.
• Maintain the visual and tonal consistency of our channels, reflecting the brand’s creative vision.
• Adapt global campaigns to Middle‑East cultural relevance and collaborate with the creative team on 360° brand initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 7 years (84 months) of experience in social media management.
• Digital native with a strong understanding of user behavior in online environments.
• Passionate storyteller who can translate brand narratives into visual content.
• Collaborative mindset, able to share expertise and multitask within a growing team.
