Solutions Consultant

About the role

As a Solutions Consultant for SOC Transformation, you will become the technical expert for Palo Alto Networks' Cortex portfolio – an AI‑powered security operations platform. You will work closely with account teams to design and deliver solutions that protect customers' critical business assets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and present technical solutions across Security Intelligence, Automation, XDR, Attack Surface Management, SOAR and Incident Response.
• Act as the primary technical contact for Cortex, responding to RFIs/RFPs and leading customer demonstrations.
• Scope, design and execute Proof‑of‑Value (PoV) projects to secure technical wins.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
• Stay current on Palo Alto Networks’ product roadmap and industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity solutions, preferably within SOC, XDR or SOAR environments.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and senior business audiences.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
