SOM Representative – Dubai

About the role

You will be the central point of contact for the Supply Chain & Operations team, ensuring inbound logistics run smoothly in a fast‑moving environment. The role blends daily operational coordination with participation in improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound flows, from order processing to final warehouse delivery.
• Follow up with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to resolve logistical issues promptly.
• Supervise quality control of goods movements within the SOM department.
• Maintain accurate administrative records in ERP and WMS systems.
• Contribute to process optimisation, system implementation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Communicate clearly with internal colleagues and external partners across ODC.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply‑chain environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Cost‑aware and business‑mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
