Spa Experience Expert

About the role

The Spa Experience Expert will be the face of the spa at Le Méridien Dubai, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable spa journey. Working on the spa floor, you will promote services, manage bookings and provide courteous support throughout the guest’s visit.

Key responsibilities

• Promote spa treatments and retail products to guests.
• Schedule reservations, confirm appointments and manage the reservation system.
• Check‑in guests, answer service‑related questions and process payments.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment in accordance with company policies.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting items up to 10 lb unaided (25 lb with assistance) and handling equipment on varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior spa or related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or professional licences needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using reservation software.
