Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Receptionist provides front‑desk support for guests at a luxury hotel spa, ensuring smooth reservations, accurate record‑keeping, and a welcoming atmosphere. This full‑time position is based on Al Mamsha Street in Dubai and reports to the Spa Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and retrieve guest and reservation data using computer databases and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date‑stamping and distribution.
• Create and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems for records and reports.
• Answer telephone calls and guest inquiries with professional etiquette.
• Welcome guests, acknowledge their needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and ensure a clean, professional appearance.
• Follow all company policies, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Perform light physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
