Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa at Bulgari Hotel & Resort, Dubai. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, handle payments, and provide accurate information about the property and local attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest check‑ins, assign rooms, issue and activate room keys.
• Handle all payment types, including cash, checks, debit and credit cards.
• Manage check‑outs, resolve late or disputed charges, and run daily arrival/departure reports.
• Answer guest calls and messages, record requests, and coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness.
• Provide parking guidance, dispatch bell or valet staff, and supply directions to local points of interest.
• Complete cashier and closing reports, balance cash drawers, and follow accounting procedures.
• Adhere to safety, security, and company policies, maintaining a professional appearance and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work extended periods standing, sitting, or walking.
• Physical capability to lift and move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and reporting.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality guest service and teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using hotel front‑desk computer systems.
• Basic cash handling and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment (telephone, printer, scanner).
