Specialist Consultant Urologist – Leading Healthcare Facility

About the role

A leading healthcare organization in the UAE is expanding its clinical team and seeks an experienced Specialist/Consultant Urologist. You will deliver comprehensive urological care in a modern, multidisciplinary hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of urological conditions.
• Perform elective and emergency urological procedures, including endoscopic, minimally invasive, robotic, and open surgeries.
• Provide pre‑operative assessment, post‑operative follow‑up, and manage complex urological emergencies.
• Collaborate with radiology, oncology, nephrology and other specialties.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in audits, multidisciplinary meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• MBBS, MD or equivalent medical degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Urology.
• Significant post‑specialisation clinical and surgical experience, preferably in a tertiary‑care or advanced urology centre.
• UK CCT/FRCS, American Board, Australian FRACS, South African specialist qualification or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills and a patient‑centred approach.
• Sub‑specialty expertise (e.g., Uro‑Oncology, Endourology, Robotic Surgery, Andrology, Female or Pediatric Urology) is an advantage.
