Specialist Project Engineer – Gas Processing & Compression

About the role

KBR is seeking a Specialist Project Engineer to lead gas processing and compression activities on a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering engineering solutions across the full asset life‑cycle for large‑scale oil and gas initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering design and execution for gas processing and compression facilities.
• Manage multi‑million‑dollar EPC and pipeline projects, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with ADNOC and other stakeholders on sour‑gas treatment and NGL pipeline networks.
• Oversee common utilities and infrastructure development for on‑shore and offshore sites.
• Provide technical guidance to multidisciplinary teams and ensure project milestones are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas, including EPC and pipeline projects.
• At least 5 years working on on‑shore and offshore gas processing projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Proven experience with sour‑gas treatment and associated/non‑associated gas projects.
