About the role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a Speciality Chef to join its Dubai kitchen team. The role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting high‑quality dishes while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and portion ingredients, chop, store and thaw foods according to recipes.
Cook dishes, monitor quality, test doneness by taste, smell or piercing, and ensure proper plating and garnish.
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by washing tools, disinfecting surfaces, and checking appliance temperatures.
Follow company safety policies, report any issues, and communicate with the manager during busy periods.

Required profile

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least one year of related culinary experience.
No supervisory experience required.
No specific license or certification required.
