Sr. Logistics Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Sr. Logistics Supervisor to oversee inventory, coordinate logistics operations and support order fulfilment across the MENA region. The role ensures accurate stock management, timely deliveries and smooth collaboration between suppliers, warehouse partners and installation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple outsourced warehouses and prepare availability reports.
• Coordinate inbound, storage and outbound movements with regional warehouse suppliers and installation partners.
• Conduct regular stock reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Plan, track and optimise deliveries, liaise with transport providers and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and dispatch customer orders from the UAE warehouse, monitoring progress and addressing delays.
• Communicate stock availability, order status and delivery timelines to all stakeholders.
• Maintain logistics and inventory data in CRM/ERP systems and generate regular reports.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, inventory management or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing inventory across multiple locations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems for inventory tracking.
