Staff Product Manager – IT

About the role

Deel IT manages the complete device lifecycle for the company’s global workforce, handling procurement, shipping, support and returns across more than 100 countries. As a Staff Product Manager you will own the product strategy and execution for the internal admin platform and the supplier platform that power this high‑stakes operation, ensuring service‑level agreements are met, costs are optimised, and the experience is seamless for employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for the device‑lifecycle platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Monitor and improve SLA performance across procurement, shipping, support and returns.
• Manage relationships with a network of 50+ couriers and suppliers.
• Analyse cost structures and implement optimisation initiatives.
• Prioritise feature development based on impact, risk and stakeholder feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in IT or operations.
• Track record of delivering complex, globally‑scaled solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, high‑visibility environment.
