About the role

Join Rixos Premium Dubai JBR as a Steward and support the back‑of‑house team in delivering the high standards of Turkish hospitality. You will play a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

Clean and sanitize all surfaces, equipment, and work areas.
Operate and maintain kitchen cleaning equipment safely.
Keep floors and work zones free of hazards and obstructions.
Assist the kitchen team with daily operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

Organised, reliable team player with a passion for cleanliness.
At least 1‑2 years of experience in a hotel or similar hospitality setting.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
