Steward – Kitchen Support (Full‑Time)

About the role

Join the kitchen team at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts in Dubai as a Steward. You will deliver courteous, professional service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in the Food & Beverage division.

Key responsibilities

• Provide flexible, high‑quality service following Jumeirah performance standards.
• Adapt to rotations across sub‑departments within Food & Beverage or other assigned areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and surrounding areas at all times.
• Monitor supplies, reduce spoilage and waste, and handle rubbish disposal according to schedule.
• Execute opening and closing procedures for the assigned work area.
• Clean and wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils to established standards.
• Operate dishwashing machines and apply appropriate cleaning chemicals.
• Address guest and employee inquiries courteously and report unresolved issues to supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in Food & Beverage or Stewarding.
• Previous experience in a similar role with multicultural teams.
• Good level of English communication.

Required skills

• Operation of stewarding machinery and equipment.
• Dishwashing machine handling and chemical usage.
