About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Steward to join the kitchen team of a luxury restaurant in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position supports daily operations and helps maintain the high standards expected in an international hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Manage waste disposal in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist kitchen staff during service to keep workflow smooth.
- Maintain organized storage of supplies and equipment.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with hygiene and food‑safety standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar kitchen support role (preferred).
- Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented attitude and reliability.
- Basic proficiency in English (a plus).
