Store Director – Retail Leadership

About the role

Suitsupply is seeking a dynamic Store Director to lead its Dubai flagship. You will drive sales, shape the customer experience, and develop a high‑performing team in a fast‑moving fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a professional store team to meet and exceed sales and service targets.
• Set weekly and monthly objectives, monitor performance, and adjust tactics to achieve results.
• Maintain visual standards, ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand guidelines, and uphold store operations standards.
• Own the store P&L, manage budgets for salaries, expenses and inventory, and report financial performance.
• Recruit top talent, collaborate with HR on policies and development plans, and work with support departments to leverage company resources.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a high‑volume retail store or multi‑unit operation with 50+ staff.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
