Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will lead daily operations of a Koton fashion outlet in Dubai, ensuring an excellent shopping experience, meeting financial targets and maintaining brand standards. This role combines leadership, organization and deep retail market knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the team to achieve sales targets, KPIs and maintain shrinkage below 0.2% of cost of sales.
• Conduct regular financial, stock and visual merchandising audits and update the store dashboard.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, back‑store operations and merchandise replenishment.
• Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing sales team, managing performance and conduct.
• Maintain employee records, including leave, passport, performance history and roster management.
• Communicate with mall management, head office and senior management on performance, challenges and opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a customer‑centric retail role with proven leadership.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and managing store finances.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to develop team members.
