Storekeeper – Housekeeping

About the role

One&Only Za’abeel is seeking a Storekeeper for the Housekeeping department to manage inventory, replenish guest‑room and private‑bar items, and ensure stock levels meet the hotel’s standards. The role supports the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining seamless operations across the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Issue and replenish guest‑room and private‑bar items to maintain par stock levels, using the hotel’s requisition system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly store requisitions and obtain approval from the Executive Housekeeper.
• Track and file invoices and purchase orders, ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
• Monitor PAR levels for housekeeping and laundry supplies and generate daily stock reports.
• Prepare monthly amenities consumption reports for the Executive Housekeeper.
• Report unavailable supplies to the Laundry Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Check quality and expiry dates of guest‑room and bar items.
• Receive, verify, and store direct deliveries according to purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of storage areas in line with approved guidelines.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of One&Only standards and hotel housekeeping procedures.
• Attention to detail and ability to keep organized records.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with housekeeping, laundry and management teams.
• Ability to work accurately under hotel operational procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management systems.
• Basic understanding of invoice and purchase‑order processing.
