Strategic Account Specialist

About the role

Action Global Communications is seeking a results‑driven Strategic Account Specialist to support the Director of Global Strategy. Based in Dubai, you will coordinate planning, editorial quality and operational delivery of communications activities across international markets, ensuring consistent tone of voice and high editorial standards.

Key responsibilities

• Combine business objectives, editorial priorities and insights to produce high‑quality content for global audiences.
• Review, edit and quality‑assure communications materials before distribution, maintaining consistent messaging aligned with organisational priorities.
• Develop and implement processes, frameworks and governance to enable efficient delivery of multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Track deliverables, identify risks and drive continuous improvement of internal workflows.
• Act as the primary operational link between corporate communications, editorial teams, regional leads and agency partners, facilitating smooth information flow.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in communications, editorial or strategic account management.
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to maintain high editorial standards and ensure messaging consistency.
