Strategic GTM Lead

About the role

HappyRobot is building the infrastructure for AI workforces that operate autonomously across voice, email and enterprise systems. The Strategic GTM Lead will work directly with the COO and founders to expand the company’s network and deepen relationships with its top‑100 enterprise accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage key decision‑makers within the top 100 accounts, leveraging relationships with investors, advisors and venture capitalists.
• Map critical use‑cases for HappyRobot’s AI platform and guide prospects through the buying journey.
• Represent HappyRobot at industry events, investor gatherings and executive forums to strengthen brand reputation.
• Partner with the founding team to prioritize introductions and align network activity with company goals.
• Track relationship activity, report pipeline impact and continuously refine the GTM strategy based on results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑tier institution with a strong academic record.
• 5+ years of experience in a rigorous quantitative environment such as investment banking, private equity/VC, management consulting or corporate law.
• Subsequent experience in growth, go‑to‑market or business development at a high‑growth technology company.
• Established, credible network of enterprise decision‑makers and strategic partners.
