About the role
Join Brevan Howard’s Summer Internship Program in Abu Dhabi and work on real‑world quantitative and AI projects within a leading macro hedge fund. You will receive a week of intensive training and then contribute to the Quant or Applied AI team, applying cutting‑edge AI techniques to research, trading, and analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Develop core analytics libraries across Fixed Income, FX, Credit, and Equity.
- Integrate AI and LLM tools into trading workflows and platforms.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to design, back‑test, and refine trading strategies and signals.
- Build agentic AI systems and contribute to the central analytics platform.
Required profile
- Penultimate‑year undergraduate, junior, or 1st‑year master/PhD student (completion before July 2028).
- Strong mathematical, quantitative, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Demonstrated interest in AI, financial markets, and ability to explain core AI concepts.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
