Superintendent – Accommodation Services

About the role

Transguard Group is seeking a Superintendent to lead its Accommodation Services team in Dubai. You will oversee the day‑to‑day operation of employee housing, ensuring safety, hygiene, welfare and security across both leased and owned properties.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the entire TG accommodation portfolio, handling daily operations and issue resolution.
• Manage mobilization and demobilization activities within allocated budgets, often outside regular hours.
• Plan and execute special events and projects while staying within budget.
• Ensure the safety, welfare and wellbeing of TG residents.
• Identify improvement areas through open communication and continuous feedback.
• Oversee events and accommodation‑supporting projects from initiation to completion.
• Provide training and guidance to managers and lead supervisors on internal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with peers on daily operations, training, and compliance.
• Assist other managers during peak deployments on priority contracts.
• Drive innovation by applying Lean Six Sigma principles to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Up to 10 years of experience in the industry or managing large employee groups.
• Occupational Health and Safety certification.
• Experience delivering training on policies and processes.
