Regional Manager – Facilities Management

About the role

The Regional Manager – Facilities Management will lead the commercial, operational and service delivery performance of Hard and Soft FM contracts across the UAE. Reporting to the Total Facilities Management team, you will ensure services meet contractual commitments, financial targets and client expectations while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual performance of assigned FM contracts, staying within scope and budgets.
• Monitor P&L, achieve profitability targets, and implement corrective actions for variances.
• Lead revenue planning, budgeting, forecasting and accurate invoicing.
• Oversee execution of Hard & Soft FM operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, client standards and internal policies.
• Develop, review and monitor SLAs/KPIs, preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Conduct audits, spot checks and continuously improve SOPs.
• Utilise CAFM systems for work‑order management, reporting and data integrity.
• Mentor Operations Managers and manage resource deployment across sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing FM contracts with a focus on profitability and service quality.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.
• Excellent client‑facing skills with a track record of building trust‑based relationships.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor staff and drive operational excellence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAFM (Computer‑Aided Facility Management) systems.
