Supervisor – Uniform Control

About the role

The Uniform Control Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the resort’s uniform system, ensuring smooth conveyor performance, accurate inventory, and high‑quality service for staff attire. This position supports the Assistant Wardrobe Manager and works closely with laundry, tailoring, and housekeeping teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the uniform conveyor system to guarantee uninterrupted operation.
• Prepare weekly duty rosters and obtain Assistant Wardrobe Manager approval.
• Supervise workflow, maintain service standards, and oversee uniform delivery from Laundry.
• Assist with new‑hire uniform fittings and manage fitting documentation.
• Generate supply requisitions pending manager approval.
• Conduct physical inventory counts of spare uniforms.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
• Track daily production of tailors and seamstresses.
• Evaluate performance of Uniform Control attendants.
• Manage inbound and outbound uniform flow with Laundry.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct superior.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high‑volume wardrobe or inventory operations, preferably with automated conveyor and RFID systems.
• Strong organizational, leadership and administrative abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and people‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
