Supplier Order Management Representative

About the role

Overseas Distribution Company (ODC) is expanding its Antwerp operations and needs a dedicated Supplier Order Management Representative based in Dubai. You will be the primary point of contact for end‑to‑end supplier order processing, ensuring that EU orders are accurate, on time, and aligned with logistics and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, track, and coordinate purchase orders for EU/Antwerp operations from A to Z.
• Monitor inbound order flows daily using tools such as Ordereye.
• Maintain complete and accurate records in Microsoft Business Central.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to secure timely, cost‑effective inbound shipments.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to match order fulfilment with demand.
• Identify and correct recurring errors in inbound order entry through consistent checks.
• Provide backup coverage for the Antwerp supplier order desk during peak periods and absences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier order management, order processing or logistics support.
• Familiarity with international import/export processes.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working from Dubai to support European operations across time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Business Central.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using order‑tracking tools such as Ordereye.
