Supply Chain & Imports Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain & Imports Coordinator to support our operations in Saudi Arabia from our Dubai office. The role will manage end‑to‑end supply‑chain activities, ensuring smooth procurement, inventory, vendor management and logistics for both food and non‑food categories.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily supply‑chain operations across procurement, logistics and distribution.
• Work closely with the 3PL partner to manage inbound/outbound flows, customs clearance and on‑time store deliveries.
• Handle purchase requisitions, purchase orders and vendor documentation in line with company policies.
• Monitor demand forecasts, support inventory planning and prevent stock‑outs or excess inventory.
• Engage vendors for timely deliveries, price updates and issue resolution.
• Conduct periodic warehouse and inventory audits, ensuring FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Prepare supply‑chain reports, KPI dashboards and highlight variances for management.
• Support compliance with Saudi regulations (FASAH, SFDA, SABER) for imports and product clearances.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Marketing to align supply‑chain activities with business needs.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in supply chain, imports, logistics, inventory or warehouse coordination.
• Background in food, beverage, FMCG, consumer goods or food distribution.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality Portal (IRS) and Saudi import regulations is a plus.
• Strong experience coordinating with 3PLs and freight forwarders.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (MS Dynamics, SAP, Micros Fidelio or equivalent).
• Advanced Excel skills.
