Supply Chain Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Officer to oversee end‑to‑end supply chain operations in our Dubai office. You will ensure timely procurement, efficient inventory control, and smooth coordination with suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams across the UAE, India and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Procurement Management – source materials, negotiate pricing and manage purchase orders.
• Logistics Coordination – oversee shipments, liaise with freight forwarders and track delivery timelines.
• Supplier Management – build strong relationships, evaluate performance and ensure compliance.
• Documentation & Compliance – prepare shipping documents and ensure adherence to UAE, India and Africa customs regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in UAE/India/Africa supply chain or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of customs, import/export procedures, HS codes and Incoterms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
