Supply Chain Planner – Emerging Markets

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to oversee planning and inventory for its Growth Emerging Markets division from the Dubai regional hub. The role covers four distribution centres across Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and South Africa, providing a strategic supply‑chain footprint in the Middle East, Africa and parts of Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP process, coordinating demand, supply and executive review with regional business partners, finance and global planners.
• Manage product forecasting, new‑product launches and national tender integration while ensuring data integrity in ERP and advanced planning systems.
• Develop and execute inventory strategies for four distribution centres, handling replenishment, scarce supply, shelf‑life and service‑level targets.
• Monitor and report KPI’s such as forecast accuracy, bias, backorder, service level and days of inventory on hand, driving corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Care and upstream planning to ensure order fulfilment and timely escalation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 7+ years of supply‑chain or planning experience; medical‑device experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Willingness to commit to a 24‑month fixed‑term contract.

• APICS CPIM certification (preferred)
• APICS CSCP certification (preferred)
