Talent Acquisition Analyst

About the role

STAR SERVICES LLC is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Analyst to support its recruitment operations across client companies in the banking and financial services sector. The analyst will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and external agencies.
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data and progress in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with onboarding activities, including background checks and pre‑employment screenings.
• Provide regular status updates to hiring managers and support other HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
