Talent Acquisition Executive – Client Based Role

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Talent Acquisition Executive to drive the attraction, engagement and hiring of high-quality talent across corporate, technical, operational and specialist functions. The role offers exposure to executive search, talent mapping and recruitment of professional to mid-senior level candidates, providing an excellent platform to accelerate your career in talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies, from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, direct search and market mapping.
• Screen, qualify and assess candidates using competency-based interviews.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and role requirements.
• Coordinate interview processes and provide structured candidate evaluations.
• Deliver market intelligence, talent insights and competitor mapping to inform recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, databases and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and executive search.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work proactively and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience using recruitment technology and AI-enabled sourcing tools.
