Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Executive will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for both corporate and retail functions across the GCC region. The role focuses on attracting high‑quality talent, supporting Emiratisation targets, and strengthening the employer brand within the luxury jewellery sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for corporate, retail operations and store‑based positions across GCC, partnering with business leaders to define hiring needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting and agencies.
• Conduct screening interviews, coordinate technical interviews and ensure timely vacancy closure within SLAs.
• Drive Emiratisation hiring strategy, build relationships with universities, career fairs and government platforms, and track related metrics.
• Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarks, competitor trends and talent availability.
• Prepare job descriptions, ensure compliance with internal policies and GCC labour laws, and generate recruitment performance reports.
• Promote the employer brand through recruitment campaigns, social media initiatives and participation in career fairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑4 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in retail, luxury or jewellery.
• Proven experience with high‑volume retail hiring and Emiratisation initiatives.
• Solid understanding of GCC labour laws and Emiratisation regulations.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering abilities.
