Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

Teltonika is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to own and scale its recruitment function across the Middle East, Africa and India. Based in Dubai, you will partner with regional leaders to drive hiring excellence and support the company’s rapid international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with Teltonika’s IoT growth objectives.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for multiple markets, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Lead, mentor and grow a regional Talent Acquisition team, providing performance feedback and guidance.
• Identify emerging recruitment trends and integrate best practices into processes.
• Continuously analyse and improve recruitment workflows to meet aggressive hiring targets.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview processes and selection criteria.
• Ensure a professional, engaging candidate experience that showcases the employee value proposition.
• Use data analytics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and produce actionable insights.
• Partner with regional leadership on workforce planning and business expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably managing remote teams.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decisions.
• Full professional fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Data analytics for recruitment metrics.
