Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Terracotta is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the growth of its permanent recruitment and executive search practice across the Middle East. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will act as a central pillar of the recruitment function, collaborating closely with business development, management, and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for permanent and executive positions.
• Partner with management and business development teams to understand hiring needs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple industries.
• Conduct interviews and ensure high‑quality hiring delivery.
• Support the expansion of recruitment verticals and team development.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in an agency or outsourcing environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience recruiting across different industries in the Middle East.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Abu Dhabi.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management, or a related field.
