Talent Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Advisor to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role you will drive end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of engineering positions, helping us attract top technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview and hire professionals across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Manage the full hiring lifecycle from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute recruiting programs to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with leadership and cross‑functional teams (Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Network, cold‑call and engage passive candidates in target markets.

Required profile

• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates, preferably from direct competitors.
• Strong understanding of the technology market and landscape.
• Customer‑first mindset with the ability to respond quickly to internal and external needs.
• Experience influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologies.
• Full‑cycle recruiting experience (3+ years) in an in‑house or agency setting.
• Experience recruiting for a growing software company is strongly preferred.
