Tax Consultant - Sales

About the role

RadiantBiz Management Consultancy is seeking a full‑time Tax Consultant – Sales to join its Dubai office. The role blends tax advisory expertise with consultative selling, helping clients navigate corporate tax, VAT and compliance while promoting the firm’s tax and advisory solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client tax needs and provide tailored advice on corporate tax, VAT and related compliance matters.
• Prepare, review and coordinate tax documentation, filings and support tax audits.
• Explain tax implications of various business structures and transactions.
• Engage in consultative selling: present tax solutions, prepare proposals and follow up with prospects and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal banking, finance and business‑setup teams to deliver integrated services.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in tax planning, tax law and UAE (or similar jurisdiction) tax compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with VAT and corporate tax filings.
• Exposure to tax audits and ability to support clients through reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Law or related field; professional certifications a plus.
• Excellent client‑relationship and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Comfort using CRM or similar client‑management tools.
