About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our early learning centre in Dubai. You will support the Centre Manager in delivering a safe, stimulating environment for young children.
Key responsibilities
- Set up activity areas for the daily programme and tidy them at the end of the day.
- Guide children, providing appropriate support and stimulation.
- Maintain awareness of the centre’s aims and objectives.
- Report any concerns about children or equipment safety to the manager.
- Attend regular staff meetings and communicate effectively with colleagues and children.
- Uphold confidentiality at all times.
Required profile
- Effective communication with young children.
- Helpful and courteous manner that promotes a positive image of the centre.
- Team player with flexibility to undertake a range of tasks.
- Experience working in a nursery or early childhood setting.
