Team Leader – Business Setup Advisor

About the role

Manhattan Management Consultancy is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Business Setup Advisor to head its business setup team. You will guide entrepreneurs and investors through the process of establishing companies across the UAE, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of Business Setup Advisors to meet sales targets and business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore company formation processes.
• Monitor performance, conduct coaching sessions and implement improvement plans.
• Handle complex client inquiries and deliver tailored business‑setup solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners and relevant authorities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with UAE regulations and licensing requirements.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses for management.
• Assist in shaping sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience as a Team Leader, Sales Team Leader or Business Setup Team Leader in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore company formation procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, coach and drive the performance of a sales or business‑setup team.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
