Team Leader – Call Center

About the role

Atlantis Resorts is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee its 24/7 call centre in Dubai. You will be the primary point of contact for both guests and colleagues, ensuring that service standards are consistently high and that the team delivers memorable experiences over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage call handling performance to meet departmental standards.
• Coach and develop agents on call skills, processes, and resort knowledge.
• Collaborate with Assistant Managers to design and deliver training programs.
• Maintain accurate records of call metrics and provide regular feedback to the team.
• Ensure seamless operation of multiple call lines in a fast‑paced environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven experience leading and motivating call‑centre teams.
• Strong multitasking skills without compromising quality.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service.
