About the role

We are looking for a Team Leader to support the daily operations of our SOIL healthy‑concept outlets in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and to assist other locations across the UAE as needed.

Key responsibilities

Lead and support the team in the daily operations of the outlet.
Work flexibly across different SOIL outlets throughout the UAE.
Hands‑on supervision of both front‑of‑house (FOH) and back‑of‑house (BOH) activities.
Manage and monitor food‑delivery aggregator platforms.
Assist with daily ordering and inventory management.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering of required items.
Prepare basic operational reports when required.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and company standards are consistently followed.
Support and train team members as needed.

Required profile

Hands‑on experience in both FOH and BOH operations.
Ability to work flexibly across multiple SOIL outlets in the UAE.
