Team Leader – Platinum Reservations

About the role

As the Team Leader – Platinum you will oversee the entire Reservations operation at Atlantis, The Palm, ensuring that every guest interaction meets the resort’s high standards of service. You will monitor daily performance, allocate tasks to agents and supervisors, and guarantee that all reservation traces are resolved before the end of each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control the full reservation workflow in line with department standards.
• Check the Reservations Trace report each day and assign outstanding tasks to agents or supervisors.
• Ensure every caller receives optimal service, care, and accurate information.
• Drive selling, cross‑selling and upselling of multi‑property offers where applicable.
• Maintain compliance with quality and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in hotel reservations or a contact‑center environment.
• Proven ability to sell, cross‑sell and upsell hospitality products (advantageous).
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Full knowledge of the Opera Property Management System.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
