Technical Account Manager – Cloud Services

About the role

The Technical Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor for Alibaba Cloud’s enterprise customers in Dubai, ensuring the health, stability and optimal use of their cloud environments. You will deliver proactive, post‑sales services that drive adoption, reduce support costs and increase overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts, advocating for the customer within Alibaba Cloud.
• Provide proactive health checks, best‑practice guidance and architecture reviews to improve operational stability.
• Coordinate with account management, support, consulting and engineering teams to resolve technical queries promptly.
• Identify risks, manage incidents and guide customers through cloud migrations and system redesigns.
• Promote the adoption of Alibaba Cloud services and new product features.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer‑facing technical role, preferably in consulting or support.
• Strong communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Proven ability to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
