Technical Advisor – Veterinary Pharmaceuticals

About the role

The Technical Advisor will act as Nova Pharma Group’s technical representative for its leading veterinary pharmaceutical brands within the UAE pet market. The role involves delivering technical training, supporting sales, and ensuring scientific accuracy of marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Visit veterinary clinics and hospitals across the UAE to provide technical training and on‑site support.
• Conduct internal training sessions for the sales team, assess their technical competence and identify improvement areas.
• Assist the sales team in responding to technical enquiries from veterinary practices.
• Monitor competitor products and activities, prepare analysis sheets and presentations for the sales team.
• Review scientific content of sales literature and marketing collateral for technical accuracy.
• Develop and implement an annual technical activities plan aligned with business objectives.
• Organise educational seminars and round‑table events for veterinary professionals in collaboration with internal teams.
• Represent the company at regional veterinary events, congresses and technical meetings, both locally and internationally.
• Provide management reporting as required by the Head of Scientific Affairs.

Required profile

• A degree in Veterinary Medicine (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of veterinary pharmaceuticals.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Fluency in English.
