Technical Product Owner – dnata Cargo

About the role

Emirates Group is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the dnata Cargo technology portfolio. You will act as the voice of the customer, guiding product development from concept through to operation across B2B and B2C solutions in aviation, digital, and airport operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize product backlogs, including features, non‑functional requirements, technical debt, BAU, spikes and ceremonies.
• Define story content, acceptance criteria and ensure timely sign‑off for each sprint.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to align product road‑maps with strategic objectives.
• Prepare and present contributions for PI demos and PI planning sessions.
• Maintain product quality, manage risks and dependencies, and feed them back to the portfolio backlog.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical product ownership or product management within an IT environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and PI planning.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, operations and business teams.
