Technical Product Owner - dnata Cargo

About the role

Emirates Group IT is seeking a Technical Product Owner for dnata Cargo. In this role you will drive the full product lifecycle, from concept through to operations, ensuring that technology solutions meet the needs of both B2B and B2C customers across digital, airline, and airport domains.

Key responsibilities

• Own story content, define acceptance criteria, and sign off on completed stories across multiple team backlogs.
• Capture, refine, and prioritize technical debt, non‑functional requirements, and BAU activities within sprint capacity.
• Prepare and present contributions to PI demos in collaboration with other Product Owners.
• Maintain feature quality and integrity, identifying risks and dependencies for the product portfolio.
• Participate in key Product Management meetings, especially PI Planning, to align priorities.
• Act as the voice of the customer, partnering with business stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of backlog grooming, PI planning, and delivery pipelines.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional engineering and business teams.
• Experience in aviation, logistics, or related sectors is a plus.
