Technical Solutions Specialist – Geoscience Software

About the role

The Technical Solutions Specialist will act as the bridge between Bentley Systems’ Seequent geoscience platform and mining customers in the Middle East. You will provide expert guidance, training, and support to ensure clients extract maximum value from the software throughout their project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product demonstrations, trial setups, and implementation plans for new and existing mining clients.
• Provide remote and on‑site technical support, troubleshooting complex workflow challenges.
• Conduct regular health checks, promote new releases, and embed best‑practice workflows.
• Collaborate with sales, account managers, and global technical leads to drive customer success.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems, documenting interactions, training, and upgrades.
• Develop and deliver training sessions across the Seequent portfolio to improve user proficiency.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Experience working in the mining sector or with geoscience applications.
• Willingness to travel within the region and work in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
