Telesales Executive – Government Services

About the role

The Telesales Executive will join a fast‑growing team that promotes UAE government‑related services. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, generate sales opportunities, and build lasting relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound customer calls to generate sales opportunities.
• Contact prospective customers and explain UAE government services such as visa, Emirates ID, medical and Amer services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries and existing customers to maximise conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow‑ups and sales activities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or certificate.
• Experience in operations, typing centres, Amer centres or travel agencies is welcomed.
• Good communication and convincing skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UAE government transaction services.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Lead generation and sales conversion techniques.
