Telesales Executive (IT Solutions)

About the role

The Telesales Executive will join KG Technologies in Dubai, promoting the company’s IT and technology solutions through outbound and inbound calls. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on identifying customer needs, presenting suitable products, and converting prospects into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to promote IT hardware and software solutions.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
• Respond to customer inquiries, manage objections, and provide professional support.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and report market feedback.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve offerings.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Goal‑oriented mindset, comfortable working under target‑driven conditions.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field (advantageous).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using telephone systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Prior telesales or inside‑sales experience, preferably in IT or technology solutions.
