Telesales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to drive sales growth by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone. You will promote our recruitment, outsourcing, payroll, and HR consulting services to businesses across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects in various industries.
• Promote the company’s HR solutions and generate qualified leads.
• Schedule appointments for the Business Development team.
• Maintain a prospect database and update CRM records.
• Follow up with leads via calls, email, and WhatsApp.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call and lead‑generation targets.
• Collaborate with recruitment and business development teams for smooth onboarding.
• Stay informed on UAE recruitment trends and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, lead generation or inside sales.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR outsourcing services is a plus.
