Telesales Executive

About the role

The Telesales Executive will work on‑site in Dubai, making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients of Kaymont Wealth. The role focuses on presenting financial products, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for senior advisors while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce financial products and services.
• Qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and schedule appointments or meetings for senior advisors.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
• Handle basic customer support questions and resolve concerns promptly.
• Achieve daily calling targets and prepare concise call reports.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar phone‑based sales role, preferably within financial services.
• Comfort working with targets, KPIs, and a fast‑paced environment.
• Secondary school diploma or higher; additional certifications in sales, finance, or customer service are a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the Dubai market are beneficial.
